About the calculation method of the magnification of the vision measuring machine.
|
|
Total magnification = objective magnification * digital magnification
Objective lens magnification = Large objective lens magnification * Lens magnification
Digital magnification = monitor size * 25.4/CCD target diagonal size
CCD target diagonal size: 1/3" is 6mm, 1/2" is 8mm, 2/3" is 11mm
Example: 0.7X - 4.5X lens with 1/3" CCD and 14" monitor
Digital magnification: 14 * 25.4 / 6 = 59.3X
Total magnification: (0.7X - 4.5X) * 59.3=41.5X - 266.9X
Then according to the above configuration, the total magnification of this equipment is continuously adjustable between 41.5X and 266.9X
